Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Order-to-Cash (OTC) Product Execution to support and enhance critical digital supply chain operations across the Customer Experience & Order-to-Cash landscape. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, business continuity, system optimization, and digital innovation across global supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Digital Product Execution Support
- Support S/4 HANA transition; key activities include UAT/OQ testing, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization




- Provide operational support for OTC systems across ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), EDI, Salesforce, RPA, AI-enabled solutions, automation platforms, and reporting systems.
- Manage and resolve complex system-related incidents, troubleshooting activities, and deviation support in a timely manner.
- Support user access management, training, and end-user guidance across digital supply chain platforms.
- Support system enhancement, configuration, and customization activities for OTC-related digital platforms and ERP solutions based on evolving business requirements.
- Support the development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of BOT / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of supply chain operations.
- Participate in testing, validation, and business readiness activities for AI-driven solutions, digital enhancements, and intelligent automation initiatives.
