To maintain quality of all civil work, to monitor timely progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- To prepare checklists for all activities.
- Getting the work done on site in time to achieve the targets.
- Direct construction and maintenance activities at site.
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
- Material & Labour Management_
- To prepare the requisition for materials in advance.
- To estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labour required.
- To ensure receipt of right quality and correct quantity of material and testing of the same.
- To ensure regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site to the Project Manager/Sr. Engineer.




- Maintaining record of labour co-ordinating and overtime.
- Required to deal with the Contractors, redressing their grievances in relation to operation and solving the same with Project Manager/ Sr Engineer.
- To supervise civil and structural works on site as per drawings.
- To study the architectural & structural drawings and explain to workers, sub contractors, foremen, supervisors & labour.
- To communicate all necessary instructions to workers, sub contractors, foreman, supervisors & labour.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,006.69 per month
