Role Overview

The ER Specialist will be responsible for managing Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), contract labor administration, statutory compliance, and workforce engagement. The role requires robust people management skills, hands-on experience with labor laws, government liaison, and data-driven HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Employee & Industrial Relations
- Manage Employee Relations (ER)and Industrial Relations (IR)activities across the organization.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions,



domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations with workmen, unions (if applicable), and internal stakeholders.
- Support management in negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution.

Contract Labor Management
- End-to-end management of contract laborincluding onboarding, attendance, deployment, and exit.
- Ensure compliance with Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act and other applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate with contractors for manpower planning and performance monitoring.

Payroll & Vendor Coordination
- Supervise and validate contract payroll processingin coordination with vendors.
- Ensure accuracy of wages, statutory deductions, and timely disbursement.
- Audit contractor bills and payroll records for compliance and correctness.

Statutory & Legal Compliance
