Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase admissions.
- Promote IT training programs through seminars, workshops, webinars, and educational events.
- Visit colleges, universities, corporate organizations, and other institutions to promote training programs and build partnerships.
- Coordinate campus engagement activities and student outreach programs.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels and support the admissions team in conversions.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
- Represent the academy at education fairs, exhibitions, networking events,



and promotional activities.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and lead generation.
- Experience in educational marketing, preferably for IT courses or training institutes.
- Positive networking and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.

Eligibility
- MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in the Education/EdTech/IT Training industry.
- Experience in student counseling support, admission marketing, or educational promotions will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to travel for college visits, seminars, educational events, corporate meetings, and other marketing activities.
