Urgent Hiring - Warranty & After-Sales Service Executive (Male/Female)

We are looking for an experienced Warranty & After-Sales Service Executive to strengthen our customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage warranty claims for EV batteries and chargers.
- Generate and track service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams, service centers, and dealers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate warranty and service records.
- Follow up on pending cases and provide regular status updates.
- Deliver excellent customer support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warranty handling,



after-sales service, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in the EV, automotive, battery, or electronics industry will be prefer.
- Work Location: Chinsurah, Hooghly, West Bengal

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
