Job Title: PCB Testing Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, electrical, and visual testing of assembled PCBs.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot PCB assembly defects, soldering issues, and component failures.
- Verify PCB functionality against design specifications and test procedures.
- Operate electronic test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, LCR meters, and function generators.
- Execute production test procedures and maintain accurate test records.
- Perform incoming inspection and quality verification of assembled boards.
- Support firmware flashing and basic hardware validation where applicable.
- Work closely with the hardware design and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Help improve testing methods, fixtures, and production yield.

Qualifications:




- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years.
- Freshers with strong practical electronics knowledge and enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:
- Good understanding of electronic components and PCB circuits.
- Ability to read circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Digital Multimeter
- Oscilloscope
- Bench Power Supply
- Function Generator
- LCR Meter (preferred)
- Knowledge of SMT and through-hole PCB assembly.
- Basic soldering and rework skills.
- Familiarity with communication interfaces such as UART, I²C, SPI, CAN, or RS485 is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
