Job Scope / Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist in performing Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping.
- Work with Accounts Payable/Receivable; preparation of checks and vouchers.
- Process payments by checks, prepare payment details for global payment platform’s funding.
- Assist in onthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts and accurate recording of transactions in XERO.
- Prepare Avvanz group (SG & PH) clients’ invoicing and attend all invoicing requests from clients on-time.
- Prepare group annual revenue report by consolidating with manual invoicing.
- Generate AR overdue reports and perform overdue follow-up with clients to ensure invoices are paid on-time.
- Prepare ad-hoc management reports to support management decision making.
- Perform Administrative and other tasks as needed.
- Ensure related compliance requirements are addressed, e.g., privacy, security,
and administrative regulations associated with Information and privacy management systems, are followed in Singapore HQ and the Philippines site.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- At least one (1) year of Finance and accounting experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge in working in or working for international companies or clients
- Knowledge and skills in MS Excel, MS Office, Quickbooks, Xero, or other accounting softwares
