We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officers / Senior Relationship Officers to drive Business Loan sales through field activities and open market sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through field sales and open market sourcing.
- Generate and close Business Loan opportunities.
- Achieve disbursement and sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and build solid customer relationships.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain portfolio quality.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Mandatory experience in Business Loans/Lending Products.
- Experience in Open Market Sourcing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid Driving License and personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
