Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Freight Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator preferred.
- Strong Track & Trace experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of dry van, reefer, flatbed, or power-only operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ELD systems, GPS tracking, and transportation management software (TMS).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with U.S. freight brokers and customers.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service (HOS).
- Ability to handle multiple drivers and loads simultaneously.
- Robust negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
