The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in leading the architecture and design of Chubb’s core insurance system transformation.

The role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders (underwriting, claims, operations, actuarial, finance),



platform engineering, and delivery teams to define solutions that support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and excellent experience.

Domain coverage:Distribution, quote & bind, policy, billing, claims, reinsurance, catastrophe management and finance

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the design of end‑to‑end solutions across underwriting, policy, claims, billing, reinsurance, underwriting, and digital channels.
- Produce and maintain architecture artefacts (solution diagrams, interface specifications, design decisions) in line with standards.
- Design for non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, security, resilience, supportability).Liaise with analytics, infrastructure, operational resilience and security to have an end-to-end solution design
