Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential students via calls, inbound inquiries, and assigned leads to promote and convert admissions.- Follow up with leads for course enrolment, documentation, and fee payments.
- Maintain and update student records and reports regularly.-
- Provide backend support for the seamless delivery of online courses.- Handle crisis situations independently and effectively.
- Maintain robust rapport with students throughout their learning journey and be available for support when needed.
- Share student feedback and insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Support interdepartmental coordination by efficiently conveying updates between students and the management team.
