We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Formatting Executive to join our team. The role involves working with documents uploaded by users on our website for translation, and ensuring the translated documents are accurately formatted to match the original layout. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are detail-focused and comfortable working with documents and basic software tools.

Work Mode: Work from Office only (No remote/work-from-home option)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents uploaded on the website for translation
- Format translated documents to match the layout, structure, and styling of the original uploaded document
- Maintain consistency in fonts, spacing, alignment, tables, and images during formatting
- Use our internal website platform to process and finalize formatted documents
- Identify and correct formatting errors or mismatches between original and translated versions




- Coordinate with the translation team to resolve any formatting-related queries
- Ensure timely delivery of formatted documents as per client/project deadlines

Required Skills:
- Good understanding of MS Word, Google Docs, or similar document editing tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn internal tools/software
- Positive time management skills to handle multiple documents
- Basic English reading/writing skills

Eligibility:
- Freshers welcome (0-1 year experience)
- 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Must be willing to work from office daily

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
