About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to join our Digital Marketing team and own the content and social media pillar of our overall marketing strategy. Working closely with the Digital Marketing team, you will plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, helping build ViTWO's brand identity and supporting broader marketing goals like lead generation, employer branding, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, aligned with overall digital marketing strategy
- Create engaging static, carousel, and short-form video content (reels/shorts) consistent with brand tone and visual identity
- Write compelling captions, posts,



and copy tailored to each platform and campaign
- Design graphics and banners using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Shoot and edit short videos/reels for employer branding, product updates, and company culture
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team on campaign timelines, SEO/content alignment, and paid promotion of organic content
- Track and report content performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize based on insights
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Leadership on hiring campaigns, company milestones, and product launches
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
- Support employer branding initiatives, including employee spotlights, office culture content, and recruitment campaigns
