Position: Marketing Executive - Diagnostics

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive - Diagnostics to promote the hospital's diagnostic services, develop referral networks, generate business leads, and increase awareness of available laboratory and diagnostic facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote diagnostic services including Pathology, Radiology, Imaging, Health Check-ups, and other available diagnostic facilities.
- Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, corporate offices, and other potential referral sources.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and referral leads for diagnostic services.
- Promote health packages, preventive health check-ups, and specialized diagnostic tests.
- Coordinate with the laboratory, radiology, reception, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients/referral partners.




- Conduct promotional activities, camps, awareness programs, and corporate health-check initiatives.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and services.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, referral data, and business development reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for leads, revenue, and business generation.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotional materials, and digital activities.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution through the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and business-related information.
- Perform other marketing and business development duties assigned by management.
