About the Role

Enso Media is looking for a Video Editor Intern who is passionate about video editing, storytelling, and social media content.

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll get the opportunity to work on real projects and client content, learn from an experienced team, and improve your editing skills in a professional environment.

The internship will be for 3 months, with the possibility of converting into a full time Video Editor position within 1-3 months, depending on your performance, consistency, editing skills, and ability to handle projects independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, effects, and basic motion graphics
- Select and add suitable B-roll, music, sound effects,



and other visual elements
- Follow creative briefs and editing guidelines
- Understand pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Deliver projects within given deadlines
- Maintain consistency and quality across all videos
- Collaborate with the creative and editing team

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar:
- Good understanding of basic editing, cuts, pacing, and storytelling
- Interest in social media content and short-form videos
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
- A portfolio, showreel, or sample edits will be an advantage
