Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and meet hiring targets.
- Stay updated on OPT/STEM OPT hiring trends and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or US staffing (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools.
- Understanding of F-1, OPT, and STEM OPT is a plus.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
