Role Overview

As the Video Editor & Photographer, you will be the driving force behind NTL Digital’s visual output. This is a hybrid role requiring a rare blend of on-the-ground shooting agility and advanced post-production expertise. You will be responsible for leading client "Content Days", capturing high-quality, organic footage primarily on mobile and transforming that raw footage into highly agile, complex, and trend-setting edits for Instagram, Reels, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
- Direction & Content Days: Plan,



direct, and execute on-site "Content Days" for diverse clients. Serve as the primary eye behind the lens, capturing high-quality lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes content natively on smartphones (iPhone/Phone Camera).
- Advanced Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, complex, and highly dynamic short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Shorts) from scratch. Masterfully integrate advanced transitions, sound design, speed ramping, color grading, kinetic typography, and visual effects (VFX).
- Trend Spotting & Application: Maintain an obsessive pulse on Instagram and TikTok trends, audio tracks, viral editing styles, and cultural shifts. Instantly translate these trends into brand-aligned content for clients.
- Visual Storytelling: Take a raw brief or concept and turn it into a compelling visual narrative that stops users from scrolling within the first 1.5 seconds.
