We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into business opportunities through effective communication and sales strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain value propositions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to build relationships and convert opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling technology, training, SaaS, digital services, or B2B solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.
Pay: ₹12,248.15 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
