Compensation (CTC)
- Lucknow: ₹3.20 - ₹4.20 LPA
- Sitapur: ₹3.00 - ₹4.00 LPA

Qualification
- B.Pharm or B.Sc. (mandatory)

Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of continuous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- General Therapy segment exposure is mandatory.

Age
- Maximum 30 years

- Ability to work under target pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in a launching territory.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Quick learner with a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions through doctor calls and scientific product detailing.
- Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Execute promotional campaigns.




- Submit DCRs and reports on time.
- Track competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Organize CMEs and doctor meetings.
- Follow ethical sales practices.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
