Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager / Accounts & Finance Manager

We are looking for a mature and experienced Senior Accounts Manager who can go beyond routine Tally entries and GST filing support. The role requires someone who can independently manage accounts, finance tracking, reconciliations, profitability analysis, and provide meaningful financial insights to the management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and review books of accounts across multiple businesses/entities
- Analyze cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund requirements
- Prepare profitability reports by business, product, client, or division
- Maintain and reconcile multiple party ledgers, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
- Handle bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and monthly closing
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and statutory filings
- Manage ESIC, PF, payroll-related compliance, and employee statutory records
- Track insurance policies, renewals, claims, and documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and highlight areas of profit, loss, leakage,



and improvement
- Help management understand where the business is making money and where corrective action is needed
- 10-15+ years of experience in accounts and finance
- Experience in a CA firm, manufacturing company, or multi-entity business preferred
- CA Inter, CA dropout, M.Com, MBA Finance, or strong accounting background preferred
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, income tax, ESIC/PF, reconciliation, and MIS
- Should be analytical, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of giving business insights
- Must not be limited to data entry or routine accounting work

This is a senior accounts role for someone who can act as a strong finance support to the management and help bring clarity, control, and insight into the business

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
