The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical features across the stack from discovery to release and observability.
- Drive frontend architecture, component design, performance optimisation, and technical quality across teams.
- Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data integration layers where needed. - Establish and promote best practices in design systems, code quality, testing, and CI/CD.




- Partner with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams to align on architecture and delivery.
- Mentor engineers and guide teams in adopting scalable patterns and modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Bring (Must-Have)
- 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Deep hands-on expertise with a up-to-date frontend framework (Angular preferred).
- Robust experience with Node.js and backend service development (APIs, microservices).
- Solid understanding of API design, frontend-backend integration, and state management.
- Strong experience in Object-Oriented Design, system design, and service-oriented architecture.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, observability, and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and drive engineering standards across teams.
