Responsibilities:
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.

Generate high-quality leads and optimize campaign performance.

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.

Monitor campaign budgets, ROAS, CPL, and performance reports.

Improve website SEO and organic rankings.

Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing creatives.

Track analytics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.

Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics,



and social media marketing.

Experience with lead generation campaigns.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, and CRM tools is a plus.

Real estate marketing experience is preferred.
