We are currently seeking a CrowdStrike, Zscaler - Infrastructure Defense Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Infrastructure Defense Analyst
Skills and Qualifications required:
- 5 plus years of experience, preferably on CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Deep Instinct.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Change, Incident and Problem Management is required.
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow is a plus
Also desired/emphasized are:
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Solid analytical and quantitative capability with attention to detail and ability to work in a demanding and environment
- Exhibiting a high degree of flexibility and ability to multi-task, seeking guidance where necessary
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with remote colleagues in other countries
Education Level Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related fields preferred.
Years of Related Experience: 5+
