Role

Handle end-to-end architectural design and execution of high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

- Timely, accurate design deliverables
- Smooth approvals
- Quality work with mínimal rework

Requirements:
- Experience in high rise residential buildings in MMR.
- Working knowledge of RERA & UDCPR.
- Solid design & detailing
- Good coordination & communication
- Software required to be well versed with.
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed/GFC drawings
- Coordinate with consultants (Structural, MEP, Landscape)
- Ensure statutory compliance and approvals
- Monitor site execution and resolve design issues
- Review materials, shop drawings, and finishes
- Manage timelines, BOQs, and support budgeting
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and authorities

Pay: ₹11,829.00 - ₹52,864.08 per month
