Casualty / Emergency Staff Nurse

Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Casualty Nurse to join our Emergency Department. The candidate will be responsible for providing immediate care to patients with acute illness or trauma, ensuring quick assessment, stabilization, and coordination with the medical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform triage and prioritize patients based on severity
- Provide emergency nursing care and first aid
- Assist doctors in CPR, resuscitation, and emergency procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Handle trauma, accident, and critical cases
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure readiness of emergency equipment (crash cart, oxygen, monitors)




- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with doctors, labs, and other departments

Requirements

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Minimum [0–2 / 2–5] years experience in Emergency / Casualty
