Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting doctors during procedures, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, intake/output, and clinical observations.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, dressings, and emergencies.
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative nursing care where applicable.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, and patient documentation.
- Ensure proper infection-control and patient-safety practices.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medication, treatment, hygiene, nutrition, and discharge instructions.
- Conduct proper shift handover and maintain continuity of patient care.




- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the ward and nursing equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Respond promptly to changes in the patient's condition and escalate concerns to the appropriate medical team.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional, compassionate behavior toward patients and their families.

Eligibility & Skills
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- MNC registration compulsory.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration, IV procedures, infection control, and emergency care.
- BLS/CPR certification will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience Freshers may apply. Candidates with experience in ICU, Emergency, OT, General Ward, NICU, or other specialty departments will be preferred depending on the vacancy.
