Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Staff Accountant – Tax, Accounts and RoC Compliance (semi-qualified CA). The role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate direct and indirect tax compliance, and supporting statutory and internal audits.

The Staff

Accountant will assist in maintaining books of accounts on Zoho books and Tally, preparing financial statements, handling reconciliations, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role also includes managing RoC filings and other corporate compliances,



coordinating with external advisors and authorities, and preparing documentation and reports for management. The person in this position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Tax, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation.
- Proficiency in Accounting and preparation and review of Financial Statements.
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA drop-out.
- Familiarity with Indian accounting standards, corporate laws, RoC compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel; ability to manage data and reconciliations accurately.
- Attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
