Staff Accountant (P&L;) | Remote |

Are you an analytical accounting professional with experience in month-end close and P&L; reporting? We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team and play a key role in supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, and profit & loss analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, identifying discrepancies, and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) reports.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Investigate fluctuations, variances, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams across multiple regions.
- Proactively communicate findings and recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.




- Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and P&L; analysis.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Exposure to US GAAP is a plus but not required.
