About the Opportunity A leading and well-established Indian/Foreign MNC in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is looking for experienced senior zonal business leaders to drive large-scale business operations across West and North India.

Key Candidate Profile

Proven experience in managing an entire zone/large geographical business

Strong exposure to 3-4 layer organisational structures and leadership

Experience managing a large field force of approximately 100–200+ employees

Proven track record of handling a large annual business portfolio of approximately 80–100+ Crore

Strong and consistent business growth, target achievement and performance record

Experience with reputed Indian or Foreign MNC pharmaceutical/healthcare companies

Strong market presence and established relationships with General Physicians, Consulting Physicians and key healthcare stakeholders

Strong exposure to acute-care / general healthcare business

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop multiple layers of sales teams

Strong strategic, analytical and commercial acumen with excellent execution capability

Key Responsibilities

Drive overall zonal business strategy, growth and profitability

Lead and develop a large multi-layer sales organisation

Set and monitor business targets, forecasts and growth plans

Drive market expansion, productivity and execution excellence

Strengthen relationships with key doctors, consultants and other stakeholders

Analyse market trends, competition and business opportunities

Build a high-performance culture across the zone

Ensure effective implementation of organisational strategies and business plans

Take ownership of overall people, business and market performance

Compensation
