Role Description The Sr. Executive – TA (Talent Acquisition) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes across various business functions.





Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, drafting job descriptions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates. The role also involves maintaining recruitment databases, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent. The Sr.
