Role Description The Sr. Executive – Recruitment will manage end-to-end hiring activities for various functions and levels within Manorama Industries Limited. This full-time, on-site role is based in Raipur and involves collaborating with department heads to understand workforce requirements, preparing and updating job descriptions, and defining selection criteria.
The role includes sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating technical and final interview rounds. The Sr. Executive – Recruitment will also handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to company policies and timelines.
The position requires maintaining recruitment data, supporting employer branding initiatives, and continuously improving recruitment processes to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Development and role profiling to align positions with organizational needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interviewing skills to assess candidates effectively and provide clear feedback.
- Relevant experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors, is beneficial.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
