Looking for an experienced Sr. US IT Recruiter with robust expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using niche IT requirements.
- Work with ATS like CEIPAL
- Use job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Recruit across all tax terms, especially W2.
- Handle State Client requirements and ensure quality submissions.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of US tax terms and hiring processes.
- Experience working with State Clients and high-volume requirements.
