The role involves account reconciliations, cleanup of historical accounting records, preparation of adjusting journal entries, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate workpapers. The ideal candidate should have experience handling reconciliation backlogs, investigating accounting discrepancies, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and working directly with clients.

Strong

Excel skills and a solid understanding of accrual accounting,



prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation, inventory, and COGS are essential.

Experience supporting sales tax, payroll, and 1099 processes is preferred. Key Requirements• 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience• Advanced Quick Books Online experience• Strong account reconciliation and cleanup experience• Adjusting journal entries and financial reporting• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH)• Excellent written English communication• Experience working with US clients preferred
