Job Title: Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper (Quick Books Online)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper with strong Quick Books Online expertise to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based clients . The role involves account reconciliations, cleanup of historical accounting records, preparation of adjusting journal entries, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate workpapers .

The ideal candidate should have experience handling reconciliation backlogs , investigating accounting discrepancies , maintaining general ledger accuracy , and working directly with clients.



Strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of accrual accounting, prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation, inventory, and COGS are essential. Experience supporting sales tax, payroll, and 1099 processes is preferred.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Advanced Quick Books Online experience
- Strong account reconciliation and cleanup experience
- Adjusting journal entries and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH)
- Excellent written English communication
- Experience working with US clients preferred
