We are looking for an experienced Sr. Civil Supervisor with strong site execution and manpower supervision skills. The candidate should have experience in at least 3–4 large building projects and be capable of supervising civil works as per drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing and other civil works.
- Monitor quality, manpower productivity and material utilization.
- Coordinate with Engineers and Project Managers for smooth execution.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping and site discipline.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate qualification.
- Experience in 3–4 large building projects.
- Solid site supervision, manpower handling and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in projects up to ₹100–150 Crores preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 10–12 Years
