About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and trend-savvy Short-Form Video Editor who lives and breathes Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

If you understand what makes people stop scrolling, know how to create quick-paced, engaging edits, and can transform raw footage into viral-worthy content, we'd love to have you on our team.
- Edit high-retention Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.:
- Create engaging videos using dynamic cuts, captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, memes, hooks, and viral content formats.
- Add engaging subtitles and accurate Hinglish captions that improve viewer retention.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio balancing, and final video polishing.
- Collaborate with the content team to create scroll-stopping videos consistently.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.

Requirements:




- Proven experience editing Reels and Shorts (YouTube long-form experience alone is not sufficient).
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, retention editing, and audience psychology.
- Excellent Hinglish typing skills for subtitles and on-screen captions.
- Must own a personal laptop capable of handling professional editing workflows.

- Experience working with content creators, influencers, personal brands, or digital media companies.:
