Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and maintain project documentation.
- Follow up with team members regarding task updates and project deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports and maintain project trackers.
- Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and dependencies.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Support project managers in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Maintain organized records of project-related documents and communications.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of project coordination and workflow management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Prior internship, academic projects, or coordination experience will be an added advantage.
