Digital Marketing Specialist

Nexgetech is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns, social media growth, and lead generation strategies for multiple client projects.

As part of our growing digital team, you will work on real business campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and social platforms while helping brands grow through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising
- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns
- Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Local, and YouTube Ads
- Monitor ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and Quality Score
- Manage multiple client ad accounts and advertising budgets
- Configure Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking
- Generate weekly campaign performance reports and recommendations

Social Media Management
- Create and schedule branded social media content
- Design engaging creatives including flyers, reels, and carousels
- Write compelling captions and platform-optimized copy




- Build monthly content calendars for clients
- Execute seasonal and promotional campaigns

Reporting & Strategy
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Suggest new strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for campaign execution

Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and conversion tracking
- Robust knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong written English communication skills
- Understanding of social media growth strategies

Preferred Skills
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Knowledge of YouTube Ads and Demand Gen campaigns
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools
- Prior agency experience is a plus
