Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution.
- Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and control expenditures to achieve financial targets.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.




- Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
- Verify subcontractor work, review invoices, and certify completed work for payment.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, variation orders, site instructions, and completion records.
- Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project completion, snag rectification, and final handover.
