Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll input data.
- Assist with exit formalities, full and final documentation, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Update and maintain employee information in the HRMS.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources (completed or pursuing).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, payroll support, and labour laws.
- Experience in the Garment, Apparel, Textile, Manufacturing, or Factory HR environment will be preferred.
