Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer platforms.
- Prepare customized, persuasive, and professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate quality leads and secure projects for Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, SEO, AI Solutions, and Software Development.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team for estimates and feasibility.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing with clients.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain daily records of bids, proposals, follow-ups, and project status.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets.
- Stay updated with freelance marketplace policies, bidding strategies, and industry trends.

Required Skills:
- Experience working on Upwork, Freelancer.
- Strong proposal writing and business communication skills.
- Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, and IT services.




- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Solid negotiation and client handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in international sales or IT business development.
