Role Description:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager / Manager - Institutional Sales (Medical) to promote our range of organic mother, baby, and kids care products to doctors, paediatricians, gynaecologists, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit paediatricians, gynaecologists, doctors, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Meet with the concerned Faculty & Business Heads of the institutions and introduce and explain our organic mother, baby, and kids care products.
- Generate product awareness and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop new customers.




- Take regular feedback from doctors, retailers, and customers.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
- Participate in product launches, promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times.
- Experience in Tie-ups with the hospitals.
- Good relations with the leading paediatricians, gynaecologists and institutions like Appollo Medics, Medanta, Max Hospital, etc. in the assigned territory(Lucknow).
- Graduate in B.Sc., B.Pharm, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related qualifications.
- Experience in medical sales, healthcare, pharma, baby care or wellness products is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel for field visits.
