About the Role

We’re looking for an AI/ML Developer to build automation and internal tools that reduce manual work across our operations — from data handling and reporting to customer communication and content workflows.

You’ll design, build, and maintain _practical AI-powered systems_ used by our internal teams every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and automation workflows that replace manual, repetitive tasks.
- Integrate AI/LLM tools into internal systems for tasks like content generation, reporting, and customer communication.
- Automate data pipelines, including collecting, cleaning, and reporting on business data.
- Build and maintain lightweight AI agents/skills for recurring internal workflows.
- Deploy and maintain automation tools on our servers using Docker-based infrastructure.




- Build small internal tools/plugins in WordPress or PHP where needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify manual processes worth automating.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on coding experience in Python and/or Node.js.
- Practical experience working with AI/LLM tools and APIs, such as Claude, Claude Code, or OpenAI GPT.
- Experience building and maintaining automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Docker and basic server deployment.
- Working knowledge of SQL/databases and version control such as Git/GitHub.
- Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills across multi-step systems.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.

Good to Have
- Experience with WordPress and PHP.
- Familiarity with voice AI tools such as ElevenLabs.
