Career Opportunity - Telecaller (Hajj & Umrah Division)

Al Muqaddas Tours & Travels, one of Mumbai's leading Hajj and Umrah travel organizations, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecaller - Hajj & Umrah Sales to join our professional team.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Hajj and Umrah sales or travel consultancy.
- Thorough knowledge of Umrah and Hajj packages, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Strong follow-up skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Urdu will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:




- Attend and manage Hajj and Umrah enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain package details, hotel locations, distances from Haram, visa requirements, and travel arrangements professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective pilgrims and travel agents.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless customer service.
