Company: Microstax - we run a done-for-you lead-automation service for home-service businesses in the US.

Shift: 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (US daytime), 5 days/week

About the role
You will call business owners in the US who have already shown interest in our service, explain what we do, and book and close them onto a simple monthly subscription. These are warm leads, not random cold lists; they have already raised their hand. Our software does the lead generation and follow-up; your job is the conversation that turns interest into a paying customer.

What you will do
- Call warm and interested US leads from our CRM
- Follow a proven script and qualify the prospect's needs
- Book strategy calls and close customers onto our monthly plan
- Log every call outcome accurately in the CRM
- Hit daily activity targets (dials, conversations, closes)
- Send a short end-of-shift report

What we are looking for
- Excellent spoken English with a transparent,



neutral accent
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US/international outbound voice or sales process
- Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
- Reliable and self-disciplined (this is a night shift, consistency is essential)
- Own laptop, stable high-speed internet, a quiet space, and a good headset
- Basic comfort with a CRM

Compensation
- Fixed base: ₹16,000-₹18,000/month
- Incentives: ₹3,000-5,000 per closed customer
- Monthly performance bonus
- Realistic on-target earnings: ₹30,000+/month for strong performers

Nice to have
- Prior experience selling software, SaaS, or B2B services
- Experience with CRM

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
