- GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The colleague is responsible for:
- Responsible for key administrative elements from scheduling interviews to driving process change
- Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews
- Schedule feedback session, attend, and post feedback data in ATS
- Provide appropriate and timely follow-up.
- Listen to inquiries and requests, respond professionally, consider customer's perspective, follow through on commitments, provide warm hand-offs when referring matters to others, and verify customer satisfaction when issues are transferred to others.
- Rescheduling of interviews and procuring additional assessors as needed.
