HR Generalist - HR Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on HR Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day HR processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate employee data management, compliant documentation, and efficient HR systems. You’ll work closely with the broader HR team and business leaders to keep our HR engine running seamlessly while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and documentation
- Maintain and update the HRMS/HRIS with accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Process employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, transfers, promotions, exits) in a timely and compliant manner
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely inputs related to attendance, leaves,



and employee changes
- Draft, issue, and maintain employment letters, contracts, and HR policy documents
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies
- Manage employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and operational processes via HR helpdesk/ticketing system
- Support audits (internal/external) by maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Track and report HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and onboarding turnaround time
- Assist in implementing and improving HR processes, SOPs, and operational workflows
- Coordinate background verification, induction programs, and joining formalities for new hires
- Support performance management cycles, confirmation processes, and exit formalities
- Partner with HRBPs and department heads on general HR matters as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business A
