Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and demonstrate Medprime Technologies' medical devices at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service at hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide user training and technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Technical teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit service reports after every customer visit.
- Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
- Travel across India as and when required for installation, servicing, and customer support.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in field service, preferably in medical devices, laboratory equipment,



or healthcare equipment.

Required Skills:
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)are mandatory.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Job Requirements
- Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
- Flexible to work in the field and support customers at different locations.
- Ability to handle service calls efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
