Role: Product Manager
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join us and take ownership of product planning, feature execution, user experience, and internal team coordination.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, managing product requirements, and working directly with founders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs, user feedback, and business requirements
- Define product features, workflows, and improvement areas
- Create clear product requirement documents, user stories, and task briefs
- Coordinate with developers, designers, operations, and sales teams
- Prioritize product tasks based on customer impact and business goals
- Test product features before launch and ensure smooth execution
- Track bugs, product issues, and improvement requests
- Analyze user behavior and suggest changes to improve product experience
- Help improve internal dashboards, customer flows, and product processes
- Take ownership of timelines, follow-ups,



and product delivery

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, operations, business analysis, SaaS, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, user workflows, and customer experience
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with developers and explain requirements clearly
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Basic understanding of tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Figma, CRM tools, or project management tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, lead generation, sales tech, or automation products will be preferred

Positive to Have:
- Experience working with no-code tools, automation tools, or internal dashboards
- Basic understanding of APIs, data workflows, and CRM systems
- Ability to write clear product specs and test product flows independently
