We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Domestic Holiday Consultant who enjoys creating unforgettable travel experiences and has a solid understanding of India's diverse destinations.

Position Summary

The Domestic Holiday Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end holiday consultation, itinerary planning, package costing, destination recommendations, sales conversion, and post-booking support for domestic leisure travel.

Key ResponsibilitiesHoliday Consultation & Sales
- Understand clients' travel preferences, budget, interests, and expectations.
- Recommend suitable domestic destinations, resorts, experiences, and holiday packages.




- Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and relationship building.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell premium hotels, experiences, transfers, sightseeing, insurance, and additional travel services.

Holiday Planning
- Design customized FIT (Free Independent Traveller) holiday packages.
- Prepare attractive quotations and detailed travel proposals.
- Create personalized itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Suggest luxury stays, boutique resorts, wildlife tours, adventure holidays, honeymoon packages, family vacations, pilgrimage tours, group tours, and weekend getaways.

Reservations & Operations
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements.
- Liaise with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and local vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate competitive pricing while maintaining service quality.
